Step 1: shopping cart
Click “add to cart,” and the product you selected will be placed in your personal shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or check out your order.
Please note: we require a minimum order value of €12.50 to process an order.
Step 2: sign up
You do not need to register first to order products from our online store. Nevertheless, we recommend that you do register before placing an order. As a registered customer, you benefit from advantages such as special offers, an order overview, Track & Trace to track your order, and the option to place a repeat order.
Step 3: address details
For correct delivery, you must provide a delivery address in addition to your billing address. If no delivery address is provided, we will assume by default that the delivery address is the same as the billing address. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you must change this by checking the box.
Step 4: Processing
Orders weighing less than 10 kilos are delivered by DHL. Is the order heavier than 10 kilos? Then it will be shipped with PostNL.

You will see an overview of the products you ordered, the billing address, and the delivery address. If you agree with the information shown, click “continue”.
Step 7: payment
In cooperation with your bank or credit card company, payment for your order is processed.
